Suggestion Title: HART Spawn Menu

Division: NHS/LAS

Have the spawn menu, so like when you select RTPC it changes spawn location straight to La Mesa. Make it so as soon as you change your division on the spawn menu to HART it changes the location to 'Cody Road HART Ready Centre'

Minor: Swap so the location is below division would help with the suggestion above

Location Name Change: Change Cody Road spawn name to just 'Cody Road' OR 'Cody Road HART Base'

Thanks for your suggestion. I agree this would be a very minor change but useful nonetheless and would also help if HEMS started at South Central. With that said, I will move this to Pending Dev Review.
