Suggestion Title: HART Team Leader Vest

Division: NHS/LAS

IRL HART Team Leaders wear vests on scene, similar to the Incident command ones however say HART Team Leader on the back.

Would be nice to have in-game for HART TLs when they are on any scenes that require HART.

It looks like it's usually used on top of their turnouts, However I imagine it can be used in Station Uniform to, for when there are no longer any hazards and it's just patient treatment.

What does this mean? This means that as a Division we like the idea, This does not mean that it will be implimented at a Developer Level, If it does there will be no ETA.

Regarding vests, I have found some nice sets that I think would be a nice addition to the server uncluding a HART Tl one. I do not think we would need all of these however, personally i think thesse would be cool to have some e.g: Scene command, Hart TL, Tactical command, strategic advisor, extraction, traige, loading, safety. This would make it very clear who is in charge of what and prevent confusion. I have added the links to the website and discord if you would like to take a closer look at the extact quality ect.

i think the Medical Advisor for HEMS TL's would be nice, as that's what we are if Clincal TL's are on scene and taking scene command.
