Suggestion Title: LAS - HEMS - HEMS being able to do ISC and METHANE Reports

Division: NHS/LAS

My suggestion here is HEMS being able to do ISC and METHANE Reports. This means it frees up AP's time also means we can cover ISC till NHS command (OTL+) arrives. This is just so much helpful on many incidents HEMS attend.

HEMS should not be initial responders to scenes.
Hello Joshia,

I understand and know HEMS are not primary or initial responders to scenes. However this suggestion is if no AP's that are ISC trained on scene and we are requested by a AP or PARA due to injuries are out of their scope. However on Major Incidents normally we are requested for triage (So mass causality and Major Incidents).

I see your point, however this would then take away a responsibility from Advanced Paramedics. We should promote team work between each division, rather than take a task from one and give it to another if that makes sense?

At the moment, we won't be changing the way it is currently handled.
