Suggestion Title: LAS Props

This has probably already been suggested but something that i havent seen when scrolling through the suggestions forum

The use of Stretcher for LAS bringing realism to RP and more realistic approach to the hospital bringing someone in on a stretcher instead of them walking in etc

LUCAS device - instead of us having to use the /me command for LUCAS it would be great to see something actually implemented and working as it will enhance more RP
