Suggestion Title: New Ambulance Station

A new ambulance station. Well aware we have some nice ones. HOWEVER. Irl ambulances don't deploy from hospitals and Cody Road is a HART base and South Central is where HEMS deploy from. SO it would be nice to have a proper ambulance station for normal clinical ambulances/ AP RRVS to deploy from.

I understand this is expensive however would be a nice addition.

I do like this idea.. if you look from an IRL point of view the ambulances are sometimes based away from the hospitals but not too far either so it definitely has my support this one
