Suggestion Title: NHS/HEMS - On-Scene HEMS Take-Off Assistance

Division: NHS/LAS

Hello, as a HELIMED Pilot within HEMS, I believe that we should introduce a self learning package about Take off assistance procedure, This is a very simple procedure used to ensure that the LZ is safe post landing and pre-take-off from a scene or helipad, The benefits of this would be;

Added Realism
Safer Landings and Take-off's
Additional Tasks for HEMS to play a part in within HELIMED

This task is crucial to the safety of the HELIMED Crew as well as the patient they are transporting,It also allows the Crews to be well aware of their surroundings while starting up the rotors as to ensure that no accidents occur.
Please see the 2 videos attaches for reference:
Video 1: Real Life usage of the system.
Video 2: In game usage of the system.

2 HELIMED In-Game Takeoff - https://medal.tv/games/gta-v/clips/1BczMAjQ7NSGgW/DCgcoAH3SoJ5?invite=cr-MSxnQXQsNzcyNTIzNTks

Idea of what the package would look like click here - https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1Sf4O_gs3myQlJ3aMb26YiaDWVwKkXxYvFc97XwEj_GQ/edit#slide=id.p

Im not appart of hems, but i am a pilot for helimed, and i think this would be great!

I believe there already is a training / self learning package for this. I remember taking it when first joining ERT under creating a sterile landing environment for Helimed27 but could be wrong.

Hi Woddy,

The SLP for ERT is Setting up the LZ making sure no one/no vehicles enter the perimeter, But this is so the Pilot/Co-Pilot can see the Integrity of the LZ when Lifting. It also gives the Pilot a better idea on the surrounding area as to not cause any issues while ascending. If you would like any further information, Please feel free to DM me.

Hi Wacker,

I am also keen on implementing this. I think it would be good to allow the helicopter crew to do a little bit more when on scene and adds to the realism of it.
We'll work in conjunction with Flight Ops Command to see if we can implement this.
