As Adrenaline is actually stronger than Atropine I suggest we either switch them so Paramedics get Atropine only and Advanced Paramedics get access to Adrenaline or give Paramedics access to them both

Adrenaline is used to make HR levels higher, and atropine is the same thing, I don't understand honestly why for the switch round, I'll leave a -1 sadly

Hi darkfire,

We will not be looking to change around the use of Atropine and Adrenaline.

Adrenaline is primairly focused at increasing or assisting with the return of a pulse during cardiac arrest, whereas Atropine is more focused on dangerously low heart rates.
