Declined Panic buttons

Is it possible that F2 Panic buttons can come through immediately?

I think it was made this way as in real life, the panic buttons need to be held for a few seconds (to prevent accidental presses).

If this was removed, it would be cool to have a keybind which needs to be held for a few seconds to activate your panic

in real life. When you press your panic button, it is instant. It locks the radio down and gives you 10 seconds thereabouts to have the airwaves. In PMP. It takes a solid 5 seconds or more.

After careful consideration, we've concluded that we will not be moving forward with your suggestion regarding panic button delays. While we see the thought and merit behind your idea, we are faced with technical limitations for the panics to go through quicker.
