Declined Possible way to accept calls via F2 menu

So i am writing this on my phone so sorry for silly spelling haha. Basically if someone f2 requests a certain department i noticed (espically ERT) barley people would put in chat ST 5 to request. This can lead to an cluster of cars going to the same place and people will get turnt around on arrival.

I think a way around this is when a f2 menu gets sent through there should be a way to accept this call via an menu or something and the person who made the request can say how many more people they need.

For example it be F2 - Request ERT 2x - 2 ERT accept no more can.

This would remove the cluster and race to scenes.

I also say make a timer on each time you can accept one so everyone gets that chance.

Thanks for your suggestion.

Long term there is a plan for the back up requests to go to CAD. We're not looking at limiting the number of units that can attend at 2 as it's hard to predict how many units may be required to a call. This won't be implemented through F2 though as that would be quite tacky.
