I'm not sure if this already exists - apologies if so.
Is it possible to have an option to have a Point 2 Point with another player? The premise being if you're on route to a job, you can converse with that player without consuming air time on the main channel. The same applies where a player wants to update on a job without taking up air time (sometimes game chat is too busy to keep up).
This being similar to a private call on the airwaves just only the two players in it (same that's available on the Job now).

You can use a discord channel, or if the scene/pursuit/incident is large enough you can request a channel change for the officers on scene
