Declined Rural winch

Winch for rural cars , so rural cars , if they had a winch script we could pull vehicles from ditches etc

So this won't be happening. This would be something that would go towards either National Highways under some form of recovery, or to LFB under their FRU subdivision. Whilst i appreciate some models may have winches on them, police won't be getting a winch on their vehicles as it isnt really their job, it would fall to the recovery guys or fire and rescue.
With that said, i'm moving this to declined.
