Declined seasonal weather

on Halloween it should be spooky and misty...

during advent it should be snowing....

simple but makes a difference.

I'm not to keen on this idea. If I remember correctly, all of last December it was non stop snowing. While it was nice it caused mayhem. -+1
The spooky weather I am not a fan of at all as it is just so unrealistic and causes issues for many users whom use graphics packs. -1

This is already a thing, at christmas we do get snow and devs have the ability to make it spooky looking as and when they decide for things like Haloween.

Alongside that, stormy weather should be added to the rotation until January, excluding December of course

It was snowing last December and last Halloween they done a event where it was that Green sky and fog and everyone could go around killing each other it was Super fun but only lasted about 10 minutes.

Thanks for your suggestion.

Different weather types are already available. I think automating them will be rather excessive, hence we will manually enable them as fit.
