I would like to suggest the possibility of having Senior Constables reinstated. I understand the change towards 'Commendation Award' as we have different divisions and needed a more universal way of doing things but I belive it would be beneficial to have Senior constables back as a rank.
Having senior constables allows that extra support on scenes with a backing of somebody who is a supervisor and more knowledgeable.
I belive anybody who previously held the Senior Constable role before it was changed, should be reinstated with the role. Commendation Award should still be around which can be universal across several divisions.
