Declined Set callsign Command

A command which allows you to do /setcallsign NC-1 for example

Is that not what /callsign does the way it is at the minute?

it is but i was thinking more like /set callsign SO-XX So it sets to the next free callsign so people can set it up on a StreamDeck or Keybind it

Ah I see, it could work but I can imagine it being heavily abused depending on how much freedom is given with the command, if it was a case of just doing the number it could work, I.e. I'm on as CID so I can only do SO callsigns but for divisions with multiple callsign letters using the standard system would work better imo. Personally I would prefer to just do /callsign and select the number

Hi Centrix, as per my message on the discord. in my opinion this wouldn't be something worthy of having devs work on, when they could focus on soemthing else or continue an ongoing project, plus we do already have /callsign and pretty easy to use and takes seconds to scroll along to the desired call sign available. Also when sharing a call sign such as DCA or Trojan you can force it also.
