Declined Smart taser

My suggestion is for smart tasers, this will bring further realism and immerse people within scenes. It will further mean a random Jimmy can’t use his taser 4 or 5 times to different people on a scene without reloading.

We've trialled a script similar to this a while ago (believe it may have been this one), which managed to cause crashes
took us a good while to figure out it was the taser that was causing crashes, as well as LS scripts having a tendency to be not as functional on a server of our size.
Whilst i agree that we'd like a non-unlimited taser, this particular script doesn't work as well as hoped.
