Declined Spawn abilty for SE Van.

I think all band 2 should have access to be able to spawn in the Speed enforcment van through SV commands just like we can with PBD, this would allow us to utilise it alongside ERT without needing to leave game and relogging.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and suggestions.

After careful consideration, we've concluded that we will not be moving forward with your suggestion regarding making the Speed Enforcement van available to spawn via the /sv command. While we see the thought and merit behind your idea, the van has already been moved to the ERT Garage, therefore we believe this is unnecessary.

We understand this might be disappointing, but please know that your voice is important to us, and every suggestion is taken seriously and reviewed thoroughly.
