The current system of customisability is exactly the same as the built-in GTA version, and the SNR Civ version as far as I know,

I Believe What He Trying to Say Add More Genes of People Like Normal GTA would have to be able to Get the Better Use of Custom characters like More Hair styles Eye Colour and Parental genes
