I think we should bring back Team leaders bc i think it a good starting a point for pepole looking to get in a command position and gain experience

This is exactly what band 1 is? TL was merged into band 1 - so the role still exists it’s just part of the band 1 trainer role?

oh from my understanding the TL like manged a team etc but if it just a trainer role like ban 1 ok thank you
