Declined Text radio channel

My suggestion is to have a /r (adio) command in-game for state 1/2 radio messages. /r would strictly be only radio communication and would appear in a different colour.

I also think you should have the option then to toggle the main channel using /toggleglobalchat or something similar. Some people may not want to speak OOC whilst playing on the game and may only want to see the radio channel .

I don't think this would benefit much over what is currently available? With the CAD system, we do hope to make it more permament than only when controllers are online. So users can then update their statuses through this.
