to be able to do civrp for PC+

good morning PoliceMP players,

I have been on this server for over 100+ hours,
each day I hope to one day be able to do civ rp. if you want the DEV team to lookin into making changes for police constibles.

Thanks for your suggestion!

Currently, the custom outfits are actually tied into the mod menu, so only moderators have the ability to be a Civ. Even Sergeants who are not a mod, won't be able to be a civ. I believe long term there are plans to de-couple it, but no date yet.

Accepted. Since this suggestion, the Civ Trained role now exists.
