Hello Leroy
I like this idea and believe it has potential to work alongside CIV when it comes to scenarios. We do have to be very careful when it comes to scenes and we dont want those sensitive ones coming just to utilise a negotiator; but anything else, would work perfect.
As this would fit the remit of many divisions to have a negotiator, i would say this best fits CID and/or AFO.
I am going to recommend you raise this idea with your CID TL and/or SGTs and see whether they will get on board and support the request. Anything operational goes via the command teams for implementation rather than the forum.
With this being said, im going to move this suggestion to DECLINED, but raise this with CID. The suggestion being moved to declined does not defer the outcome of the suggestion once raised with the command team(s)
