Summary:

With so many vehicles in the garage and no indications on their performance, it is hard for officers to determine which vehicles meet their needs. Many seek informal opinions from colleagues, but these are based on perception rather than a measure. It is proposed that a small team of volunteers undertake in game testing of every vehicle and rate them against a set criteria. Results will be made available to all officer in the form of a PowerPoint document.

Please note, actual testing criteria may be changed and refined as per the first stage set out in the planned approach.

I fully support this. Statistics such as acceleration and handling could be rated 1 to 5, and each vehicle could have their top speed displayed.
