Suggestion Title: Helimed Visor

Division: Aux - NPAS

I would like to suggest a Visor that all NPAS n Helmed can lift the visor down without being a snr civ etc would be nice and more realistic to see if this Happens

Hello Liam,
i would like to see this as well.

I have my own take on this as well, It might be possible to add a command to lift and lower the visor.
I hope this weill be added, even if it just gets added as a uniform option.
