Declined ELS feature

Add a feature to have only rear reds and blues on so you aren't constantly blinded by the lights on your lightbar/car.

I like this! Since officers irl have the option to use only the front lights, both front and back, only rear, and rear reds. Would be a cool addition!

So rear lights is amazing for things like RTCs on dual carriage ways and motorways where you don't want to blind the traffic heading towards you, additionally I know some people also use front only for pursuits so they don't blind the officer behind. (Mainly used at night) Would be an amazing addition though
