Declined Police Horse and Retro Police Cars

We currently have all these cars and some of them are able to drive off road, which is great, but what about have a unit that that can ride a horse - I don't know if this can be done, maybe it's too much?
Also, when you are doing crowd control, the police use horses.


I was going to ask about Retro Police Cars, as a package (like Ford Cortina TC Mark III GXL, Triumph Stag), but I'm sure people have asked this?

Thanks for the suggestion.

We've evaluated horses before, although GTA mechanism doesn't exactly support it. In terms of retro cars, there are still few areas that require an update of their existing fleet, therefore it'd be unfair if we looked at retro cars in the interim.
