Declined Pursuit comms training change

I would like to suggest a change to persuit comms especially when control is active. This be instead of going straight to mp mp as it says in every training guide i have seen, you would first call up control with your call sign and wait for control to say go-ahead. As persuit comms are generally none urgent. Think this would keep airways clearer when it is busy and make it easier for control to manage
